Her background includes Technical Arts, Design and drafting homes. She has an extensive knowledge of building and design and has worked with her husband Raymond a General Contractor in his business Lube’ Custom Homes . As a proud resident of Ozona for over 18 years, Susan loves calling this tropical paradise home. Susan shares this, “My love and enthusiasm for this community shows through every time I show your home and into every sale I do. When I get buyers, I don’t only want to show them all the wonderful homes and investment deals here, I want to show them all the beautiful places we have and get to enjoy everyday like the beaches, and golf courses yet just minutes to sporting events, museums , cultural centers & historic sites.” Moving to Pinellas County in 1975 from Ohio it wasn’t long before real estate and homes became a part of her life. She attended St Petersburg College and enrolled in their Technical Arts program for designing and drawing homes. Her husband a construction worker at that time encouraged her to get a real estate license while he went to school to become a General Contractor. “In those early years I held the model homes open. If someone didn’t want a home that we built, I would sell them an existing one.” Before she knew it her career became resales in those very subdivisions that Ray had built homes. Ray is a custom builder and has been featured in Builder/Architect magazine as well as Florida Trend Magazine. His custom homes can be found throughout Pinellas Counties Waterfront and subdivisions. He is also known for extensive remodeling and additions on the water. Susan has the experience an knowledge to help clients with the appropriate support and solutions. Whether you are a buying or selling a home she will smoothly guide you through the transition process in a quick and easy manner.
