Corinna Evans Thomas is the Marketing Director for Coastal Properties Group & Christie’s International Real Estate.  She oversees the company’s marketing department, as well as provides one-on-one marketing support to the company’s advisors.  Coastal’s innovative business model allows the advisors to customize marketing materials to reflect their brand; Corinna helps the associates with all branding and marketing objectives.

When new advisors join the brokerage, Corinna oversees the process to ensure a smooth transition in marketing & administrative tasks.

Corinna has experience in many areas of marketing, including: social media, traditional & grassroots marketing, internet marketing, and direct mail. She holds a Bachelors of Science Degree from the University of South Florida, with an emphasis in Business Administration and Marketing. While attending USF, Corinna interned for the Athletics Department’s Sport Marketing program for 4 years.  During that time, she organized and executed promotions at all USF sporting events. After graduation Corinna worked as the Store Marketer for Texas Roadhouse in Wesley Chapel. During that time she designed & implemented several marketing programs still in use today. Ranging from local events to large catering; Corinna organized & executed the store’s marketing plans.

Before starting at Coastal Properties Group, Corinna was an Account Coordinator for a direct mail company in Tampa, FL; where she was responsible for overseeing the entire direct mail process. As part of her duties, she helped redesign the company’s website; as well as designing an introduction video to the website.  She always was in charge of updating & managing all social media campaigns for the company. During this time, Corinna was the Social Media & Marketing Coordinator for Malindy Elene, a bridal boutique in South Tampa.  She was responsible for daily social media updates to increase brand awareness, drive internet traffic and increase social media awareness for the company. Utilizing blogging, SEO, social networking and backlink building to raise web presence and placement on web searches; Corinna was successful in driving sales to the store.

Since joining the Coastal team, Corinna has helped over 250 agents with the onboarding process & enjoys working with all our advisors. She truly enjoys helping to organize & streamline the advisors marketing objectives.
