In 1998, Agnes Vetter and her husband purchased their first Florida home together and haven’t looked back since. The welcoming weather, tourist hotspots, and coastal activities happily attracted her family to Florida’s Gulf Coast.

“We never plan to move away from Florida! It’s a dream place to live. Even when it’s raining, the sunshine comes out every day.”

Holding her real estate license since 1994, Agnes was attracted to the real estate industry in Florida to help people find their dream homes. Patient and detail-oriented, Agnes enjoys putting the pieces together for her clients and doing what she can to assist during their transitions.

“They are moving on to the next stage of their lives, and I love being there to help them through the process.”

Born and raised in Hungary, Agnes moved to the United States in 1989 and pursued a career in the customer service industry. After 16 years, she made the transition into full-time real estate. Her customer service background allows her to be prompt, committed, and patient, always in search of the right house for the right person.

“I light up when I find that perfect home for my clients.   Love seeing the smiling faces when closing day comes and the keys are handed over. It’s the most rewarding part of my job.”

Agnes specializes in single-family homes, condos, townhomes, and villas with experience in Pinellas, Pasco, and Hillsborough counties. Currently, Agnes proudly represents Coastal Properties Group International for the greater Palm Harbor area, covering Dunedin, Oldsmar, Tarpon Springs, Clearwater, Safety Harbor, Odessa, Trinity, and North Pinellas County.

Agnes and her husband, James, have resided in Palm Harbor since 2006 and enjoy the local downtown events and the short drive to the beach. Loving the Florida lifestyle, they frequently boat in the summer and take motorcycle rides throughout Florida in the winter. Agnes also speaks fluent Hungarian and enjoys taking turns visiting and hosting her overseas family.
