A multi-million sales producer, Tom specializes is luxury and waterfront properties on the beaches and in Belleair, Clearwater, and the surrounding communities.
After receiving a degree in Business from Stetson University, Tom served five years in the United States Air Force as an navigator, flying on a KC-135.  Upon leaving the Air Force, Tom moved to the area to join his family’s automobile dealerships business.  He has owned and operated several automobile dealerships.  Most recently, he owned Lokey Honda in Clearwater.  Tom has lived in the Town of Belleair for over 40 years.

Tom has brought the marketing and sales experience from the auto industry to his real estate business.  As in any sales position, the key items are communication, follow up, knowledge of the industry and market, and hard work.  Tom excels in all of these areas.

Tom is a member of the Pinellas Board of Realtors, the Florida Board of Realtor, the National Board of Realtors, and is certified in Distressed Property Sales.

Over the years, Tom has served the community in many ways.  Some include being President of Belleair Country Club, Commodore of Carlouel Yacht Club, director – Clearwater Chamber of Commerce, director Hunter Blood Center, Chairman Transitions PGA Golf Tournament, Chairman Morton Plant Hospital Charity Ball, Town of Belleair Zoning and Finance Boards, and more.  Tom lives with his wife of 42 years.  He has two children, Michael and Kingsley, and two grandchildren, Max and Molly.
