Sue lives in the waterfront community of Broadwater in St. Petersburg Florida. Originally from Cape Cod, Massachusetts, Sue has been successfully marketing and selling real estate in the area since 1988. Her specialties include luxury homes and condominiums in Isla Del Sol, St. Petersburg, Tierra Verde, St. Pete Beach, Treasure Island, Redington Beach and her own neighborhood of Broadwater and Maximo Moorings. With over 28 years of experience Sue offers her clients personalized service and unsurpassed expertise in today’s market. Sue has served on the Board of Directors of the Bahia Del Mar Homeowners Association, is a past President of the Maximo Moorings Women’s Club, and currently serves as a Block Captain and Board Member of the Broadwater Civic Association. Her favorite leisure activities include kayaking, and vacationing with her children and grandkids.
