Multi-million dollar producer, Dave Kesler, is a luxury and waterfront real estate consultant who well understands the challenges, complexities, and stress that clients face when buying and selling their homes. No one is better at successfully navigating those challenges, and as a result, his clients are raving fans for life. In 2014, Dave joined Coastal Properties Group International, one of the area’s most successful and fastest growing real estate brokerages in Pinellas County, and an invitation-only boutique brokerage made up exclusively of multi-million dollar producers. Coastal Properties Group International specializes in waterfront and luxury properties and estates in Pinellas County and surrounding areas. Dave has earned the Accredited Luxury Home Specialist designation, as well as the Certified Distressed Property Expert certification. After graduating from Florida State University with a concentration in Accounting, Dave began his career with the Florida Public Service Commission in Tallahassee, responsible for the regulation of the state’s public utilities. He moved to Tampa to become a manager with Ernst &Young’s international Utilities Management Consulting practice, and later founded his own consulting firm. Dave’s love of real estate eventually lured him away from consulting and training, and he turned his passion into a full-time real estate career. He set the bar high early on, being honored as Rookie Of The Year, and has been a multi-million dollar producer ever since. In 2008, Dave became CEO of a Keller Williams brokerage, and grew it into one of the largest in Hillsborough County. His experience there, recruiting, training, mentoring, and coaching other top realtors, further enhanced his own knowledge base, skill set, and perspective. “Managing 130 agents, and thousands of transactions every year, gave me the opportunity to encounter just about every possible real estate challenge, and then help my agents navigate through them. That experience was invaluable!” Upon joining Coastal Properties Group, Dave said, “I am so excited to be a part of what we are building here at Coastal. I came here so that I could better serve my clients, and provide them with all the resources that Coastal offers.
