A professional REALTOR®, Debbie specializes in marketing luxury and waterfront homes and condominiums in beautiful Pinellas County, Florida. Debbie is a lifelong resident of the Tampa Bay area and she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to marketing real estate along the gulf coast. Debbie spent 25 years with Verizon Communications as a Senior Client Executive who managed relationships for Verizon’s largest clients in the southeastern United States, accounting for over $10 million in annual revenue. She was a recipient of the Verizon Masters’ Club award for top producers for 10 years. During her career with Verizon, Debbie learned valuable sales and negotiating skills that have translated well to her career as a Realtor and she has been awarded Coastal Christie’s Presidents Club Award for 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022. Debbie, and her husband Jim, live in St. Petersburg in the waterfront community of Yacht Club Estates. While not working with clients, Debbie spends time boating, fishing and biking with family including three young grandsons – Keegan, Truett and Rowan. Debbie and Jim are members of the St. Petersburg Yacht Club and are actively involved in the community.
