Molly Mateer Lucas is a Realtor with Coastal Properties Group International in addition to being a North Pinellas County native born and raised in Dunedin, Fla.
She is a graduate of the University of Florida, where she earned her degree in Public Relations. In local real estate since 1999 and offering a lifetime of knowledge about the Tampa Bay Area, Molly is an excellent resource for newcomers, as well as to friends and customers who are looking for vendor recommendations.
Before becoming a Realtor, Molly was Community Relations Coordinator for the Upper Pinellas Association for Retarded Citizens Foundation (UPARC), an organization that remains near and dear to her heart. She was responsible for fundraising, planning special events, marketing, public relations, corporate liaison, tours and speaking engagements. Prior to UPARC, she was with Coldwell Banker (formerly Arvida Realty), where she worked as part of a thriving family partnership that ranked in the top 2% of the company nationwide.
Molly is a sharp negotiator and problem solver. She offers her clients connections to a network of reliable resources that support real estate transactions (inspectors, title agents and lenders). She prides herself on providing customers with a first class real estate experience and always tries to exceed people’s expectations. This level of service often leads to repeat business. “I have had the pleasure of working primarily by referral over the years,” she explains. “Most of my business is built on repeat customers, as well as friends, family and colleagues of those clients.” Molly serves in the community as a sustaining member of the Junior League of Clearwater Dunedin. In addition, she is former Chair of Dunedin’s prestigious Art Harvest Weekend, and former Chair and Committee Member of UPARC Foundation’s Omelette Party Black-Tie Fundraiser, which has raised well over a million dollars for UPARC. She lives in Dunedin with her two children.
