Pine Ridge Estates is a hidden gem in Citrus County. Established in 1972, this unique equestrian community features expansive acreage and a variety of home styles and layouts. The community offers wonderful amenities, including 28 miles of horseback-riding and walking trails, as well as a 94-acre complex with a community barn that can accommodate up to 17 property owners’ horses during the building process. The complex also features a large show arena, a regulation dressage ring, a jumping ring, a trail arena, a round pen, and a small cross-country area.

The Pine Ridge Activity Center has lighted tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard, a dog park, and a radio-controlled model airplane field with an airstrip and shaded pavilion. There’s also a state-of-the-art playground with a shade cover, swings, and a gazebo. The center has two meeting rooms: a larger room for private events with a commercial kitchen, and a smaller room with a full kitchen.

This is truly the Nature Coast. We invite you to come and make this your home!
